Tasha has organized the meeting room rental at Anythink Huron (9417 Huron St. Thornton, CO 80260) from 11am-2pm. This library has its own park/playground on the same lot, so bring whatever your family needs to be comfortable playing inside and out.
FIELD TRIP: January 21 – Celestial Seasonings @ 12n
Tuesday, January 21 @ 12 noon – Join us here in the beautiful foothills of Boulder, CO for a factory tour. From raw ingredients to finished products, you’ll learn all about the wonderful world of tea and see how our wholesome products are blended, packaged and shipped. You'll never look at tea the same way again! Our tea tour takes 45 minutes to complete + much of it is walking or standing. During your visit, savor complimentary samples of the 85 different tea varieties that Celestial Seasonings has to offer.
Library Rotation for Spring Semester 2025

M – December 9: Engineering + Lego
It's LEGO day! We're going to set up a few, timed challenges – tallest tower, sturdiest bridge, longest build, etc – and get started working with bricks that way. From there, we can add a more specific challenge, if people are interested, or else it devolves into a building free for all. Let's see whether we can't build a whole town over the course of the day.
