If you’d prefer to be indoors, Leah has reserved the meeting room at Rodolfo “Corky” Gonzales Library (1498 N. Irving Street 80204) starting at 11am. It’s a quarter-mile walk away from the playground + probably easier to park at one place, given the lack of parking around Paco Sanchez at different times of day.

Meet us at 11am at McIlvoy Park (5750 Upham St, Arvada, CO 80002) in old town Arvada to play outside. If you’d prefer to be indoors, Ashley has reserved the meeting room at Arvada Library (7525 W 57th Ave, Arvada, CO 80002) starting at 11am. It’s two blocks away from the playground + there’s a free parking lot between the playground + the library, if that helps anyone.
M – March 31: Belmar Library
Gray has reserved the meeting room at Belmar Library (555 S Allison Pkwy, Lakewood, CO 80226) starting at 11:00am, which has a small playground + yard attached.
Family Sports Camp – Tuesdays @ 6pm
Tuesdays @ 6pm, starting April 15, through June 10 – We’re hosting a whole-family sports camp at Chester Portsmouth Park (12555 W. 27th Ave., Lakewood, CO 80215). We’ll play an informal team sport together for at least an hour.
M – March 24: Arvada Library
It’s a game week! We’re going to start this week at McIlvoy Park in old town Arvada, where we’ll play outside.
May 2: Beginner Teen Backpacking Trip
Beginner backpacking for ages 12+ at White Ranch. This is a one-night, intro trip for older kids who haven’t backpacked much (or at all) but want to try it. We’ll be gone 24 hours in total. Everyone carries their own gear, including tents, sleeping bags, clothing, food + water.

Monica has reserved the meeting room at Golden Library (1019 10th St, Golden, CO 80401) from 11:30am-4pm.
M – March 10: Ralston Central Park
Meet us at Ralston Central Park in Arvada (5850 Garrison St, Arvada, CO 80002) from 11am-2pm. Two playgrounds here + a ton of open space, plus the Ralston Creek + the Ralston Creek trail, which connects to other parks + play spaces within a half mile.
M – March 3: Broomfield Library
Leah has reserved the meeting room at Irving Street Library (7392 Irving St, Westminster, CO 80030 ) from 11am-2pm. This library has its own giant park/playground on the lot.
M – February 24: Smiley Branch Library
Erin has reserved the basement meeting room rental at Standley Lake Library (8485 Kipling St., Arvada, CO 80005) from 11am-2pm. Library is adjacent to Standley Lake. Lots of open space on-site with trails, a large park + an underpass to the lake. Bring whatever your family needs to be comfortable playing inside and out.
